Event Details

Chef Susan Furst will be serving a menu that is sure to bring spring early this year. Susan is the former chef/owner of Fan Si Pan, and has cooked at the Four Seasons, Printer's Row and Seattle's Flying Fish restaurant.
Performance by the Scott Angst trio

 

  • Vodka Cured Gravlax with shaved fennel salad and a blood orange vinaigrette
  • Truffled Gnocchi with Spring Vegetable Ragu 
  • Spring Lamb with Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding and Shaved Asparagus
  • Coconut Cream Pie with Spiced Rum Caramel and Bruléed Pineapple 

The dinner party will be at a loft in the West Loop. Exact address will be sent out a few days before dinner to guests with reservations.
